Our services included the structuring of the transaction from both perspectives of the corporate and the inheritance law, as well as the drafting of the relevant contracts, shareholders’ agreements, inheritance agreements and all the deeds relating to the new governance of the group. Finally, we provided appropriate solutions to regulate certain aspects of labour law.
